PI Bottles only Legislation has recently been passed that makes it illegal for a company to refill a nitrous or carbon dioxide cylinder that does not carry the European 'PI' mark and a current cylinder test certificate or sticker. s a result of this legislation all Dynotune kits now come with Euro 'PI' marked bottles and not the imported American DOT marked ones.
